No problems shifting. Other than the brakes, your car behaved very well and the linear power that you have is impressive.

There is still untapped potential in this motor. I installed bigger fuel injectors yesterday, and picked up some more in the top end. It seems that the stock injectors are pretty maxed out from the factory.

Thanks. I will get different brake pads, but I have no idea which to get. I don't want to have 3 sets (street, track, autocross), and the last set of pads I bought that I thought would be good for track AND autocross melted all over my rotors at ECR.

I have never seen Ken this calm...he is always tearing his car and course apart....what was wrong with him this past weekend?
I was at corner 3 and waited all day to see him drift that corner but he actually slowed down and didn't peel any rubber

@ Gernby, I had the same issue...I have new transmission fluid but it got so hot that it was notchy and so hard to shift...even on the drive back home it was too hot and felt like I am shifting in water..could feel all the movements inside transmission when changing gears.
It's back to normal now but I think we need thicker fluid for Texas heat, specially if we are going to Mineral Wells.

I had the same issue in the RX-8 on one of my morning runs. I thought about where the car was when I was trying to shift (coming into the big righthand sweeper in the center of the course) and adjusted my shift point a little earlier, where the car wasn't quite to redline and had less lateral loading. Problem went away completely.
The problem isn't always the car. Sometimes it's the nut behind the wheel that needs tightening...

+1 On the RBF600. Dave let his get a little dirty and was havin issues with his XP8 at ECR, while I had fresh fluid and didnt have any fad on my AX6s.
I can see what you sayin about the muscle memory, but I know when I was ridding with Dave he couldnt get into 3rd on a strait. The OEM fluid is really thin . I was having the same issues with shifting at HPDE, but now im running a thicker fluid and the issue is gone completely. Its not so good on the street because it takes forever to warm up.
