Oh, wait ... didn't someone already say that they registered, but would NOT make it out? That makes it 35 MAX...

It'll be fine, Greg. We've run events with fewer people.

Another great event. I forgot how much I enjoy the long courses at Mineral Wells. Thanks to everyone who put this together.

Yes, I am going to have to agree with you Temming, it was a blast out there and I totally forgot we can have long open courses like this.
Thank you for such a great event and course...and of course giving us a ride to our corners in the Texas Ranger!!

No thanks required! I truly thank YOU for putting as much effort as you do into the events! The LAST thing I want is for you to not have a good time! Nobody puts more into these events than you.

On another note, I'm still trying to get over that timing malfunction that X'ed out 2 of my runs in the afternoon. The 1st of the X'ed runs "felt" so much faster than any other run that I had all day, so I believed that the malfunction cost me my 1st win. Since I recorded the afternoon runs on my iPhone 4, I rushed home to geek out on the videos to see what the time was for that run. After a couple hours of installing the necessary upgrades to Windows 7 64-bit so that I could manipulate the iPhone 4 videos to determind the times .... I now see that the lost run wasn't good enough to claim the victory! That's a double upset!!!

I'm going to throw myself on my sword now.

I forgot to mention that I went back and forth all day about whether I wanted you to beat me with my own car. I wanted to win, but I also wanted to know what my car could do.

I look forward to the opportunity for you to drive it again after I fix the issue with the brakes.

Good job on the course even if you didn't like it, Jerrett.

The upside of small attendance is lots of runs. The down side is there aren't many people around to help pack everything up at the end of the day.

I'm old and I ended up loading half the cones onto the trailer while all the kids took off as soon as they could.

I'm just sayin' . . .

Nope, I would not change anything.

My friend's GSR had top of the line alarm, backup battery for alarm and all that shiznit, talk about it and he had it...guess what...his car was stolen within an hour of parking outside his own apartment.

My stereo in prelude had special bolts that nobody could get out so the pulled the whole display that used to slide out and made is useless for me as well and while doing that they broke the whole center console cover and all the clips.

Since that day I have not changed a single bolt on the car that might make it hard for anyone to steal anything.

I'd rather not see my car or seats than see them in pieces or deal with a mess that someone else left behind for me to clean. Car is just never the same once it's vandalized.
The seat locks will help delay the thieves and allow that much more time for them to get caught. Vandalism takes time and could b loud n the middle of the night. I have had 2nd thots about the seat locks tho bc it could b better to let them get stolen then have insurance buy u sum new ones + $ if u have good insurance...

Timing malfunctions happen. Sometimes you benefit, sometimes you don't.
