The Colony might be the best place to meet, it's probably the west most point and a straight shot down 121 to 35 to 30 which becomes 20. (I think, that's off the top of my head )

Colony works for me, I was thinking maybe Bass Pro Shops in grapevine since it's on 121 on the way out there and easy to find.

I pm'd everyone that replied to the thread who might be interested in meeting. If you guys want I'd be more than happy to get a consensus from everyone to see what would work and then give everyone a final comfirmation.

I'd personally like to leave no later than 6:30 AM so we can get out there with plenty of time to change to R compounds, do tech inspection, walk the course plenty before the drivers meeting @ 9.

Email me at josephkan@hotmail.com or just call me since I left you my cell # in the PM.

Okay, I'm registered for my first event in the '05 S2000. I doubt I'm going to have a chance at FTD like I had with my old '01 C5.

Anyway, it's good to get back on the track at Mineral Wells. It seems like it's been forever since I've been out there racing and hanging out with a great group of people!

Not so sure about that, Ryan. Heck, not even sure what my chances are of winning the S2000 non-R class?

Anyone in S2000 class consistently fast? We can get a little trash talking in here for fun.

He doesn't hang out much on this forum but my bet is that #88 will give you a good run in the street tire class...and of course #10 if he registers.
INFIDELS!!! Everyone knows that the Silver-Red glory of number 52 will conquer all!

I cannot wait... I still have not learned the finer points of being fast in the Corvette yet...Maybe sometime next year. What really sucks is I traded in the S2000 just as I was learning to be fast in it and now I have to start all over.
