Default next S2000 club autocross?

When is the next autocross scheduled for? I am thinking about coming out and trying it for the first time. Main reason I want to do it is just to improve my driving, not really concerned with competing just yet.

I figure I should expand my horizons and do something besides drag racing for a change.

There are usually a few vettes (Z06's too) at the BMW events. Their next event is August 23rd. It will help a lot to ride with someone in a similar car.

kumar - Maybe I'm biased, but I think you'd have more fun at one of our events. Less people, more runs, better courses, and less BS (read: membership not required to race). Plus, we can setup a post autocross drag with you, CMiS2K, and maybe even fperra.

ya I dont want to come out and have to put with any drama which shouldnt be too much of a problem at the S2000 events. lol I have a feeling I am going to be all over the place at first especially on street tires.

I just want to learn how to control my car better around turns etc and also learn things like heel and toe. I am too scared to try any of that on the street.

I think that's a great idea. I attended the PCA autocross school this year so I have some ideas as to how we could do it. Sounds like fun.
