My back window (plastic) looks kinda crappy, can it be replaced with a glass window, and if so, how hard would that be to do?
Before you go to the trouble, polish the scratches out of the plastic and see how it looks. Pep boys among others has an inexpensive product specifically for this. The scratches are usually mostly on the inside and come from the top rubbing on the (inevitably dusty) plastic shelf behind the seat when the top is down. Cover the shelf with black terry cloth to avoid new ones. There are accessory mats for sale, but I just cut down a black towel and attached with velcro tabs.

It can be done in 3-4, or there about. But that's just my expeirence after taking one out, and then putting it back in a couple months later. You can ask Gerry about the job Josh and I did. Although Josh did most of the work, I just helped when 2 people made it a lot easier.
Not sure what you are getting at here. A top can be removed and reinstalled in about 4 hours if you are efficient. However, if you are going to add a glass top to an earlier frame, you need to prepare the new straps, modify the frame, and switch over the rain rail. This is easily a 6-7 hour job for 1 person...not 2.
