Need front tires mounted/ dismounted.
Hey guys,
Does anyone know someone that can mount/ dismount my front tires and swap them. The insides of the tires are to the metal mesh but outsides have alot of tread left. Discount tire said they cant legally mount them if they are bald. They said they could just switch the fronts... which is f***ing retarded since they are directional.
I did just get an alignment and it should help some since they got them back within spec. But I dont have the $$$ for new tires and there is still tread left on the outsides.
Anyone know someone that can hook me up?
Thanks guys,
-Parker

If you are down to the cord you waited to long. Their are a few used tire shops in McKinney you may see if they have any tires in your size, or go dumpster diving at discount.

You really DO NOT want to drive around on a corded tire, whether it's on the inside or the outside. Even if you flipped them, the outside edge of the tire would still see wear when the car is turning.
A corded tire is a time bomb. Sooner or later it's going to come apart, and when it does it will do so violently, probably putting you into a ditch - or oncoming traffic - in the process.
