This is the condition of my good wheel. $50 Tires are slick.
I don't know what the marks are on the spokes. They were like that when I bought the car, but it feels rough there.

Those spots on the wheel are from the tire falling face first onto the ground because the rim sticks out further than the tires mounted on it. I have some like that from Discount Tire's quality workmanship *rolls eyes*.
I have a set of 4 I would probably sell for $300, sold only as a set... the back tires are toast, the front ones are about 80-90% I would guess.
