Hi Folks,

MisterMatt has volunteered to help organize a monthly gathering in the mid cities. I think a good location for the first event would be The Grand which is located along 635 and MacArthur in Irving. The thing about The Grad is games, very good food and a large parking lot. Let us know if you would be interested in attending this event which would be held monthly on a Thursday or Wednesday evening after work.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR - We have just scheduled our ultimate garage tour (90 plus classic and modern cars in an amazing venue). We will have lunch first an the check out the cars. DATE - Saturday, March 15th.

I'd be more inclined to attend in the mid cities over an east location (ie: east of 35E). Traffic is just too brutal to contend with over there during rush hour.

Do you have more details about the ulimate garage tour. Is it someone's private collection or some kind of car show?

Ultimate Garage Tour - One of the top 5 private car collections in the US. Cars from the early 1900's to the current Fort GT. 93 cars of his 200+ on display for us to check out and take pic's of.

I would be in for the Grand, I work just down the street and can always use a beer at the end of the day.

Although I haven't been to the Grand, I'm always up for a beer and hanging out with other S2k owners. If anyone is interested, I'll be there to head it up.
