It may be totaled...
I had a "little" mishap in the rain this morning.
I was getting on I-30 to head toward downtown Fort Worth. As I changed lanes, I hydroplaned and spun, hitting the inside concrete guardrail with the right front then the right rear. Then the fun part happened - I spun back into traffic facing all of the headlights, barely clipping another car with my left front and bracing for the BIG one. Luckily, all of the other cars got stopped or otherwise avoided hitting me.
Any words of consolation would be greatly appreciated.

Are you all right? I am so sorry to hear of your dilemma. I hope you were not injured in any way. Luckily for me, my husband did not have to work today, so I drove his RX300 in to work today. I'm glad I did. I have yet to drive my stook in the rain. Someone was watching over you this morning....... The car can be fixed/replaced. You, however, are a much more valuable commodity. I truly hope your stook can be salvaged. I don't know if I made you feel better or not, but like I said, at least you're all right. Hope your weekend improves.

Glad to see you are alright. Do you think tires had something to do with the accident? Would the S03's have helped? What is the difference between the S02 & S03's?? See my post requesting information on the best tires.....

my only consolation is that it happened to me and eventually you'll have her back or a newer one...either way you're back to where you were....use it as a learning experience

Rain can be a real bitch with OEM tires. When my rears wore out at about 15k I put on a set of the Michelin Pilot Sports. I've got about 5k on them, and they're wearing wonderfully and seem to handle the rain well (not that we've had that much since I got mine except for today). Hope you have a good outcome on your accident.
