lol, the intake manifold is a major PITA to take off while the motor is still in the car. Expect 3-4 hours easily, there is so much crap you have to remove. The NTS2k site does have a good write up for installation though.

i have taken off my IM prob about 7 times. i would say if u have the right tools and 2 ppl maybe 3 hours depending on if u dont stop to eat, drink, exc.
i was happy with gains seeing how the part was no more then $60.
