Default HID bulbs

Hey guys i just ordered some new bulbs last night. I know I know..... but I like them. Anyways I was wondering if any of you guys have experience changing them. I don't feel like removing the bumper again, and I heard you can do it through the wheel well. Any help or tips would be great.

Open the hood and there are access openings on both sides where the bulbs go.

We upgraded mine by going through the inner fender. Much easier.

Surely you don't mean the HID low beams which are $100's per unit. You said bulbs so you must mean the high beam quartz halogen bulbs. They are not HID no matter what the marketing blurbs say. These bulbs are changed from an access hole through the inner fender panel.

--->It's in the owners manual<---

Unless you ordered Philips or Hella 100W they won't make a difference.

There is an outfit in England that sells a true HID conversion for the high beams if you want to melt street signs. About $800.

An HID kit for the high beams? I wouldn't have thought they could strike and light up quickly enough for high beams.
