Chevy has a deal for 3 day superticket with pit pass and I can get them for $105 each from ticketmaster. I can get them for all of us if you want me to let me know. Looks like section 1S grandstand 1 row 12 which is 8 rows up from the bottom directly across from the pits.
That sounds good, do you know the latest cutoff to get in on that deal?

It looks like with Egothreat and Elistan we are up to 8 confirmed total on our end and 17 total for s2ki and s2kca. I will let Coop know that if we are a no go on group tickets then we will proceed to order them for the s2ki group through your chevy deal. I would hate to bail out on them early though since they are still waiting on a few and we just may make the magical 25 number.

I will post whether or not to send payment to the NTS2K paypal by end of day Thursday.

The Chevy deal is ongoing, I would assume we could do it anytime before the race as long as there is enough time for shipping the tickets. The sooner the better I would guess on getting good seats. I am fine on staying in on the S2K group buy, it just seems everybody is a bit lackadaisical in getting this going.

I agree, I am more or less waiting on Coop to see if they are going to get enough people together. I will let him know that if we have no answer for them Thursday by end of business then we are bailling and procuring tickets ourselves. I apologize for dragging this on so long but I'll do my best to make sure we will get tickets in a timely manner.

Alright gang, looks like this whole S2KCA co-op isn't going to work since their organizer just backed out of the event.

Candyass, can you post or PM me details on how to get the GM ticket package? Can we purchase seperately or should everyone turn in money for the club to pick up the tickets? Also do they offer discounted parking in the corral like last year?

Easy enough, looks like everyone can pick up their own tickets then at the group price, thanks for passing along the offer!

I know a few people already have their own hotels booked up, I need to know who needs to get a room so I can see how many I need to reserve when I call around.

That should be fine, I'm buying the 3 day superticket which has reserved seats in grandstand 1. I believe you can move around especially during the first few days and practice sessions.

Also I found a sherton that we stayed at last year for 72 bucks a night and another one closer for 80 bucks a night, going to book on hotels.com today.

Yep 3 day superticket, if you clicked the link that Candyass posted and used the Chevy code then that's what you got. Ticketmaster hits you with the handling/convenience charge which sucks but you still save some money.
