Yeah, I'm in of course....thanks for organizing. Just let us know if you want to team up with S2KCA on the ticket purchasing and where/how to send money. Thanks Cosmos!

Sounds good, if Temming doesn't have a problem I would definetely like to team up with S2KCA if even just to get the number to 25 for a cheaper price. Looks like the updated head count is tentatively 10, can someone get me the contact info for Coop over at S2KCA so I can put something together with him and call it in to group ticket sales?

Also anyone have any suggestions for hotels? The doubletree sounds nice but I don't know if 160/night is in everyone's budget. The Sheraton we stayed in last time was nice, clean and had covered parking garage and also accepts pets. Also I will also try to arrange a few group meals (the bbq place last time was good)

I sent a PM to COOP at S2KCA referencing this thread, I had hoped he would contact you.
I just reserved a 2 room suite at the Doubletree for $115 pr night. The $160 pr night is for their executive level suites FWIW
115 a night isn't too bad, maybe I will call and see if we can get a group rate for 5-10 rooms. I know i'm certainly no executive so 115 is just fine with me I'll pm you my email and phone # in case you want to pass that on to him as well, it should be a good time again.

I can get us $109 / night +TTL at Hotel Indigo on Hidalgo just South of the Galleria using my company rate (normally 1.5X that price). Very nice digs.

Wow, looks very nice almost like the Bellagio in LV. I think that rate is very reasonable, and I forgot I can actually get great hotel rates through my company as well so I will call around and probably come up with 2-3 hotels to vote on shortly.

My goal is to have a total headcount for the NT group here by next Friday March 23rd so we can call in the tickets and hotel about a month in advance so please PM me or post to this thread if you plan on going. Can I count you in for 1 or 2 Al?

Alright guys, I've coordinated with the S2KCA to get discount tickets.

(26) 3-day SuperTicket in rows 1-13 with included Pit Pass, with processing fees and free ticket: $101.00 per person, plus $20 per car per day for corral parking

I need to know ASAP (by wed at midnight preferred) who DEFINETELY will be attending so I can figure out how we will submit payment and receive the tickets. I will also be calling to make hotel reservations by the weekend.

So far I have a total of 11, but need a final headcount/confirmation. Please post here or PM me if you plan on going, it is a BLAST. If you like motorsports at all it's a great experience.

Come on gang, don't make me start PM'ing people individually to see if you want to go. The S2KCA group has 18 people signed up, i think we can at least have 10, it's a great time and a very unique experience.

Here are some pics from last year to see if I can spark some interest.
