None of my calls or e-mail messages have been returned and nothing in the mail today.
No answer on any of the phone lines.
I left a final voice mail for Mark to inform him of our interest in dealing with him or his staff in person to resolve this problem tomorrow morning...

OK guys, I'm checking out. See everyone who is driving down with us in the morning at 7:30.
Sorry to hear about the parking passes. I wasn't too involved with that and agree that Mark has not been on top of customer service. Fortunately, we managed the event tickets and paddock passes ourselves leaving him out of the equation for the most part.

Just got home from work and still no parking passes. Well ... them's tha' breaks, I guess. I've no idea if my card has been charged, or not. Let's all think positive thoughts and assume we'll be met at Houston and the passes handed out there.
Joseph ... thanks for trying to check. To those who were planning on going, but now can't, you'll be missed. Hope everthing is okay in your lives. See everyone tommow.

The qualifying races on Thrusday were a blast, plus very few people were there. Bring your ear plugs!!
The Corrall parking is very close and the section 4 seats are good. There is also a grassy knoll with an even better view of the long Astrodome sweeper.
Here is an example of how close you can get:

Cool! Thanks for the info, what lens did you use to take that (focal length)? I'm bringing a Canon 70-200 F2.8 IS and I hope it's long enough.
