You were very lucky tales of good experience at Lute Riley are few and far between.

I live just a couple of miles from there but would never consider going there for anything, even a drink of water.

that was what i gathered as well. i wasn't planning on leaving it with them. i initially took it there just to get the code pulled, since they are so close to work. i had already contacted john eagle and was planning on leaving it there; but lute riley made me feel very comfortable and never accused me of any sort of abuse, and repeatedly informed me that this is a warranty issue.

maybe all those bbb complaints made their message clear?!

Well, what I can tell you based on my experience with Marcucci, and talking to one of his references, I will be taking my car to him when I need work done on it. Plus, even before i bought the S, I never trusted any dealer at all. Car will be back from Todd's 3/10 - I can't wait.

what happened to your car?

my car was definitely going to todd if there was even the slightest implication of no warranty coverage. for reference the dealership would have charged $1900 worth of work, while todd's quote was under $800.

thats really cool of them. if anything ever happend to my car. my warranty would be denied in a instant
