FS: HKS Hi-Power Exhaust
Hey, about a month ago i bought an HKS Exhaust from dominox972 out in carrollton, was a little too loud for me so i bought some silencers for it, but found a Remus exhaust for sale and decided to go with that one.
The exhaust is in perfect working condition, no cracks, leaks, dents, only thing is its a little dirty, could use a polishing and looks a tad rusty (not stainless steel)
Sound wise - has a pretty low sweet tone especially down below 4krpms, sounds like a mean version of the stock exhaust at idle and looks great.
has 96mm tips and the silencers are going to come with it, only used for a couple hundred miles, exhaust already had the holes in it for the silencer points so no shoddy drill holes.
weight is much lighter than stock, you can really feel the difference when you take the stock off and put the hks on.
performance wise, im not sure, as i installed a comptech header the same time i put the exhaust on, with both though, i felt a big difference in how much more freely the car revved up and some dips before vtec and between 8-9k felt cleared up and after revving and throwing into neutral it seemed that it revved down quicker and smoother
SOLD
Dont have pictures, but can get some this weekend by request
Im in Grapevine so if you want to schedule a pick up sometime next week or want to meet somewhere we can arrange that
EDIT: taking best offers now as well
