Default FS: 2005 2500HD. Might trade for S2K

I have decided that I don't need to run events a long ways from home, and would like to sell my 2005 2500HD. It has 4K miles, has never been floored, and only used to tow short distances locally. I would like to get $24K, and would consider a trade for a nice S2K.

Hard to believe that truck gets worse mileage than my always-floored Hemi Ram. I thought the Dodge had the worst gas mileage of all the domestics...

I had to go to Granbury today, and got 14.9 mph averaging 42.6 mph (some city driving).

The 2500HD is a big heavy truck. I was told 800-1000 pounds heavier than the 1500. Pulling my 3500# car on a 2000# trailer was effortless though.

I had an '01 2500HD just like yours, except it was a regular cab. I towed my Vette to Hallett one time on a 2,000lb trailer. Had no problem keeping up with the caravan at speeds up to 85+. That 6.0L motor isn't the best on mileage, but I think that's because of the very heavy duty 3/4 ton chassis and it's additional weight. The motor is bulletproof though.
