Front Plate Ticket question
My wife was pulled over in the S last week during Plano's "crack down" on speeders. Anyway, my question is can she just pay the fine for the no front plate and do driver's ed for the speeding part? Do I actually have to show the court that the front plate is on the car? I'm sure I could probably find my front plate, but it would take some time and I'm just going to take it off straight away.
Thanks,
Jon

It happen to me in Plano last year, speeding 52mph in a 40mph zone plus without front plate. Go to the court house within 15 working day and show them your front plate and make sure the plate is secure and the fine will be drop. But the speeding I pay $110 + $35 on defensive driving. Good luck.
