We have our S2KCA sponsored certificate of insurance, all we need to do is forward the info to Bob and the city on Monday. I'm getting excited as well. Now if I can only stay away from work next Saturday. I'm tempted to try out my KD's since my track wheels are still shod with well worn OEM's.

The NTPOG may have a couple, and I would hope that we'd have some NTS2KOC newbies out there! We'll have plenty of experienced people to help out and show people the ropes.

Anyone have an extra helmet? I'm bringing a friend of mine, and she's going to need to borrow a helmet if she's going to do any ride alongs with me. I promise, she doesn't have lice. ;-)
Drop me an e-mail.
Thanks,
Ryan

Concerning the "is lunch provided" question, Jo and I will bring food and drinks (provided it is not raining). If you do utilize the food and drinks, just make a donation to off-set costs.
This is going to be a great event and we are looking forward to it.

If any of you Dallas folks are interesting in convoying down there, let me know. Seems like we'll need to leave at the painful time of ~6:30am. Too bad my car doesn't have an autopilot mode...

Another thing - to those who have FRS radios: would you be willing the bring them? We need them so that corner workers and timing/scoring can communicate. We've been able to get by so far with radios brought by participants.

Makes me sad....I won't be there to scare Ivan again! Anyone who isn't autocrossing that day and wants to see some track racing - this weekend is also the big East vs. West BMW club racers event at TWS outside College Station. Club racers in all catagories are towing in from around the nation for the event. One guy is even bringing an ex-PTG team GT series E36 M3 race car. Should be a blast especially in the highly modded BM catagory. Those guys are pretty intense.
Too bad its the same weekend as the Autocross!
