It's time to wrap up the 2007 autocross season, all in one weekend. These events are for bragging rights and trophies for those into trophies. Events are open to all makes and models so invite your friends, co-workers, and significant others. This is a great opportunity to learn about your car and improve your driving skills. If you are like me, you will hitch a ride with one of those good drives so you can have a really good time and pick up a few tips.

SEASON PASS:
If you bought your season pass early on, one of these events will be free for you.

When: Saturday & Sunday, November 3rd & 4th, 2007

Registration is open: On-line registration is required and will be limited to 55 drivers. REGISTER HERE. Remember, you will need to signed up for each event separately. REGISTER HERE FOR SUNDAY. First-come, first-served. If you sign-up and find that you can't make it for some reason, please cancel on-line asap so others can have the opportunity to sign-up.

Is anyone interested in allowing me to co-drive their car for one day of these events (probably Saturday)? I'll pay for your lunch and entry fee. I'd prefer to drive an S2000 if possible.

Since I'm s2000less, I propose the following:

1. I will pay your entry fee and buy you lunch.
2. If you beat my best time in YOUR car, I will give you $100 cash.
3. If I beat your best time, then you will get harassed by everyone.

I reserve the right to select whoever accepts my challenge if there are multiple people who accept. This is ONLY for the Sunday autocross as I can not participate Saturday due to other commitments.

Just a heads up, me and another Miata guy booked a room there for the last double header. Lets just say we saw it, canceled and I gladly drove the extra 180 miles the next day. If I could describe it in 2 words "axe murder"

I wasn't wild about it either, but it wasn't *that* bad for the $50 or so bucks I paid for it. And it did have a benefit in that it's next door to Chili's, so you can get drunk at Chili's and then the room doesn't look as bad
