The shift beeper does include everthing you will need to install it. I replaced the two velcro pieces used to mount it, and also ordered a brand new wiring kit as well.

The DCI is soldered and heat shrinked to a s2000 harness as well as an Alpine harness. The only connection you should need to make is the remote hook up for your amp, and the brown speed sensor wire if you want to hook up the speed sensitive volume control. Again, it is for a wired Alpine head unit, so it must have a 3.5mm jack on the back.

The titanium shift knob is an OEM accessory shift knob.

The shift boot was a limited run by JPM accessories and is genuine alcantara with yellow stitching and custom embroidry.
