Default Engine noise at cold start

I've been having engine noise ever since I did my oil change months ago, I put in enough oil but as soon as I turned the car on the noise appeared and the engine idle is pretty rough now, it idles fine most of the time but sometimes it will drop while idling and you can tell there is some rough idling. The noise disappears after the engine warms up. I changed the tensioner as someone told me that was the cause of the noise but it never went away. Any ideas would help thanks.

What kind of oil have you been using and how many miles do you have? Also, what kind of noise is it that you hear? Possible noises could be TCT, valve lash adjustment might be needed...the list could go on. Give us more details

64k miles, 10w-30 mobil 1 synthetic, it sounds like TCT but i had it changed a month after the noise started and it was still there.

Maybe the flux capacitor needs to be replaced?

I think it was because I hit 88 mph.

It's probably the valve lashings needing an adjustment though.
