The effects of lowering
I just bought Gernby's JIC FLT A2 coilovers when he traded his car in. We installed them in his driveway in a couple of hours. Unfortunately I forgot to measure the stock height of the car so I don't know how much it dropped the car, but he thought he had them set for 1" - 1 1/2" drop.
I had just had the car aligned about 500 miles ago but I knew I would need another so I thought I'd post the difference the lowering had on the alignment.
I figured it added camber and I guessed that it changed the front toe to a little bit Out because the car was a handful on rutted asphalt roads. I had to take care or it would shoot off the road towards the shoulder.
When we got it on the machine we found the lowering had only added about .4
