This was at the Discount Tire in Bedford at 121 and Harwood, and I just talked to the Manager. I think his name is Brian. They match Tire Rack prices and charge a little (negotiable) for shipping; I paid $5/tire. They charge $13/tire for mount and balance. Total set was about $814 including taxes/fees.

I think the tire wasn't mounted properly, under inflated, or had the notorious leaking bad valve stem problem. I just didn't feel like pointing fingers after they gave me a new tire.
