If you have been seeking an opportunity for high-speed performance driving and you're not planning on going to the Club Race in March -- then you shouldn't miss the chance to drive at Harris Hill Road, a private track in San Marcos, Texas, on March 14, 2009. See www.harrishillroad.com.
This Coastal Bend Region PCA event is only open to drivers who have demonstrated skills in previous Porsche Club HPDE (high-performance driver's education) events or formal motorsports racing training. In car instruction will be available upon request.
If you have solo-driving experience with the Coastal Bend Region or another Porsche Club region, you can sign up for the March 14 event by registering with www.clubregistration.net, signing up for the Coastal Bend Region DE event, and paying via PayPal. The event registrar will acknowledge and verify your driving experience and your eligibility for the San Marcos event.
Participants should be solo drivers who are comfortable driving at the upper performance limits of their cars while learning the new track. Because of the high-speed nature of Porsche Club events, cars must pass a rigorous inspection prior to running
