Default clutch help please

My clutch pedal keeps going from hard to soft in between shifts. Also when i shift i have to let my clutch almost all the way out before i can give it gas or itll over rev. This started having ever since i replaced my clutch.

I had an aftermarket clutch and flywheel but replaced it with an oem one. I have replace the master cylinder and clutch line as well.

Any info would help guys thanks in advance

Check the clutch fluid level, bleed the air out of the line.

i was having a weird time shifting at one point, and it was cuz my floor mat had gotten wedged up under the pedal, so check that, then check the clutch fluid level and report back

If you just had it all replaced, i would bleed the entire system.

i bled the entire system completely out multiple times already and fluid is nice and clear and full and doesnt seem like theres a leak i think the next place i would look is the slave cylinder thanks.
