Default Can I sit in your seats? :)

Well, I am ordering my rollbar and seats in the next few weeks. I wanted to know if I could sit in some of your seats to see how they fit. I am so lost when it comes to ordering a seat that will fit me, but I don't mind shaving the side of the seats if that is what I have to do to make them fit w/out rubbing the door. I am about 5'10 and about 170. I think I will need a bigger seat for the passenger side as well. I would like to have a seat on the passenger side that will accomodate larger passengers too. My buddy is looking to buy a seat for his Z06 as well and he is about 6foot and probably 250lbs if you know of any that will fit please let me know, or just a place that we can go to sit in the seats and test them out. So any help would be appreciated. If anyone has any seats or rollbar for sale let me know about those as well. Thanks

Jason

I am 6' 1" and 215 (but about 11% body fat) and stock seats fit me good :<.
I think what you have to worry about with larger passengers from my experience is that you drive an s2000. Anyone and everyone will complain about the fit of your car. Larger people have trouble getting in sitting close to the ground, and then feel cramped sitting in the passenger seat. Personally I feel fine as driver and passenger of the s2000 and truly love the bucket seat design compared to an suv's seats, but I acknowledge most people prefer the uncomfortable suv seats where the pedals are uncomfortable to reach as the driver.

I love my seats too, I just need something I can run a harness with and I would hate for someone going for a ride along at the track not having the same safety as me, seems kinda unfair lol

One thing to keep in mind - if you're not a solo student, most organizations will require you to have the same safety equipment for the instructor that you have for the driver. So if you've got an FIA driver's seat and harness, you'll need one for the passenger side as well.

I have a set of Bride ERGO IIs. They've been taken out of the car though. You're welcome to come sit in em. I'm 5'7" 160lbs and I fit well in them.
