Default Caliper bolts stuck, any ideas?

I've been trying for the past hour and a half to get the two front passenger side caliper bolts out and they wont budge, I've tried to use a socket wrench and an open end wrench, one of my cheap sockets broke but the bolt wont budge, I don't know what to do now.

Liquid wrench or something similar?

I'll ask a stupid or obvious question=> You are doing more than just changing brake pads, correct?

Yes, trying to change rotors and bleed brakes.

Could I use a breaker bar? or would it damage it, I'm afraid that the bolts may strip.

I got the bolt to turn but the inside bolt is turning with it now and I don't know how to get the inside bolt to not turn as it takes alot of pressure to make the outside bolt turn.
