Default A/C not cold when car is stationary (low rpm)

Just wanna find out if anyone has this problem.
the a/c only blows cold air when the engine is revving. and stops blowing cold air once the rpm is low (1k-1.5k).
sometimes it even totally stop working i.e. ambient air temp when the car is moving and the rev is up....

tks for any information in advance.

Check the condition of your condenser you might have damage to your fins. When's the last time you had your A/C serviced? Is it time to recharge or replace the refrigerant?

^ For the record, there's no such thing as "time to recharge or replace the refrigerant". It's not a maintenance item like oil or coolant changes. It's supposed to be a sealed system. If you require a recharge, then you have a leak somewhere. My '95 Accord w/ 200K miles on it has never had an A/C recharge, and it still blows nice & cold.
