Default A/C noise

So I've heard this noise before every now and then but it would usually go away after a couple seconds. Now it's constant..... Any ideas on what it could be/what should be done.

UPDATE: Since I've been driving around to classes and whatnot all day I haven't really decided to dive into looking further into it yet. I got really pissed off though by the noise eventually (too hot today to drive without A/C) and I went from LOW to HIGH as fast as possible, heard a slight "pop" noise and it stopped. Silence...... finally. I'll see how long it takes to come back or whatever it decides to do to further investigate.

Thanks for all the input Elistan btw.

PS - does anyone else's temperature knob not light up for a while?

The blower fan is hitting something, I suspect.
Probably part of the air ducting?
I have no idea where the fan is though, sorry, nor how to get to it.
I'll see what I can find in the shop manual.

If you have a shop manual, check out page 21-39 - "Blower/Evaporator Unit Components Replacement."

In the passenger footwell, looks like there are a few screws to undo to get to the blower. It's not clear exactly how to blower can be removed/replaced though.

If its anything like my integra blower motor, you just take out the 3 screws and it should fall right out. Just disconnect the plug to it and then examine away

Legit video . Lol haven't seen many videos of problems on this forum before.
I was thinking this was going to be about the whistling of the a/c, but damn that sounds bad .

Mine does that all the time just not nearly as loud. Curious to see what it turns out to be.

JSpds right - I bet you money there's something in the squirrel cage of the blower motor. Or it has broken itself and causing some kind of sound...at least it's not super expensive

Part no. 3 is the blower motor we're talking about.

How does one get to #3? Is there a lot of work to take it out and see if there's anything stuck in it?
