Default boxing lessons

Hey I was interested in taking some boxing classes, do any of yalls gyms offer them?

Preferably in the Denton/Southlake area.

and which 24 hour do you go to? in case the different ones have different facilities

Murphy. Not even close to Denton. But, it's a Super-Sport, so I figure if it doesn't have it, then none of the others will, either.

Plus, you don't want to learn to box at a 24 Hour Fitness. He should go to a real boxing gym (if those even exist any more). Try looking for pro boxers that are local and see where they trained. Or try something like this:

cool thanks for the info...doesn't look i have any close to my house or my work...i think one of my buddy's from high school teaches a boxing class ~15 minutes away, i'll probably end up driving over there to see what's up...


i also read that the YMCA might have some, so i'll check there, too
