Default Beware of gas station rip offs

For those who frequent the MSR near Cresson beware the Shell station where I filled 2- 5 gallon gas cans during the last NASA race 2weeks ago and was charged for 10.8 gallons. My Gas jugs are racing jugs and are very precise as I have compared them to other gas stations in the past. I mentioned this to the attendant she acted like she had no clue so I just left it at that. From now on I will use the station up the street--(a Chevron I think)--until I can compare my cans to their pumps. For anyone willing to confirm my findings it was pump #5 at the Shell station--the closet one to the race track.

You can call the official Weights and Measures people - the ones who put those stickers on the pumps. (A state agricultural entity I think? I don't recall exactly, but I called them about putting in over 13 gallons into the S2000 once - they actually called me back a week later saying they tested the pump and didn't find any discrepancy.)
