Default Automated Red Light Camera

Got a "notice of violation" in the mail today. IMO, I think it's total BS, but I want your guys unbiased opinion on this. Check out the video and tell me if I stopped or not. In no way was this an unsafe event. This is a right turn on red situation. Does someone review these? Should I contest or not?
Thanks

Supposedly they do review them before they send them out. You almost stopped but i didn't see the chassis rock back, and i think you were just barely rolling. Honestly if there was a cop there i doubt they'd write you a ticket since you slowed so much.

I still don't see how these are legal though. They can't prove it was you driving, so how can they give you a ticket? I'd call up and say it wasn't me, innocent until proven guilty right?

Not sure how well the "I wasn't driving" argument works, but that's about the only thing you have to go on.

You clearly didn't fully stop. It was close, but not fully. Although, even had you fully stopped, it wasn't before the white line. So it still gets you a ticket.

Sorry, man, but it looks like a valid ticket. I think that red light camera tickets are considered civil matters, so it will not affect your insurance. Just pay it. Arlington has to pay for the stadium some way.

I just give them my checking accout # so if they need money just withdraw it out from there. That will save them mailling fee and paper work too. . Then I don't think I will be that , because I know I have to pay soon or later.

I'm sure they have some way to get around the "It wasn't me driving," but I can't imagine what it would be. I guess its the same way they can give you a parking ticket without getting your ID.
