Hello everyone,
I'm Corey's friend Jordan and I bought this car two weeks ago after being in the market for a couple of months. I got it for $17.5 and I think that it was the best deal I came across. I'm enjoying it The crap tires are actually pretty fun...if only they didn't squeal so much. They'll be gone soon
My last car was an '02 Z06 so the S is down just a smidge on torque...hehe...but I think it has enough power to be fun. I'm definitely enjoying the neutral balance and steering response.
I look forward to making it out to an auto-x event with y'all sometime (probably will be next year on a decent set of street tires)

I owned a Z06 before s2000 and can say that the Honda is lighter, more nimble, and inspires more confidence, therefore making it bit more enjoyable. Having a roof down adds to the fun even more. I can honestly admit that pushed to the limit, Z06 was scaring the $#!t out of me, but it could be my lack of experience with hi-powered cars. I do miss that 'just-pooped-my-pants' acceleration, though. Perhaps a turbo kit on S would help that a bit.

One of my online friends in Houston has a Z06. I've seen some vids of it, man that thing is quick!
One of the younger guys on another forum I frequent bought one, his first post on the topic of his new car was "OMG this thing is brutal"
I had a TransAm WS6 back along; 325hp/350lbft in a heavier body is quick enough, let me tell you!

flashjordan,
I went to go look at your car when Bent Tree first listed it. I coundn't stand the dealer, he's was lying to me left and right. I hope you had a better experience. He also said he bought is for 18500$. --- lie?
enjoy your car, seems like a great deal. That dealer just didn't have credibility w/ me...
