My problem with power oversteer is NOT the fault of the car, or the alignment. I am just too aggressive with the throttle, and I have a tendency to enter corners too hot. However, I think having less rear camber helps reduce the effects of my poor habits.

i realize a heavy foot is the cause of power oversteer. I push the corners hard also, anyone that was at the last event saw me do this 3 times in corner 3.

would a thicker front sway bar help compensate for power oversteer? or would thicker rear help?

thicker front. options at the moment are mugen front bar (31.8mm) which is on back order... serious backorder, or you can get the comptech swaybar kit and just use the front bar (which I and several others have done). or else you go up to $550-$750 for adjustable front bars.

it provides a heavier steering feel, which I dig and more push push push. =)

IS it true that 00-01 models the front and rear sway bars are larger? if so? what about getting one of those and swipping it on to my '02?

it might be. but thing is... there are a few other factors that play into that - sidewall thickness and length. I dont think the length was increased but the sidewall thickness could have been, which would make it an equal bar, or it could be a lesser bar.
