Aggie S2000 Owners in North Texas?

Marcucci,
Gernby is Greg (Blue S2K). I grew up in B/CS, so I lived at home for a couple years, then got married and lived in an apartment.
So do you have a time available to help me install that intake spacer / insulator?

Greg, I'm supposed to help Chris Delena with his sometime, and David's been reminding me of it, too. I'm wondering if we shouldn't attempt them all in the same day. I don't have a lot of free weekends!
I can help someone (either of you) starting with next Saturday. We've got the John Eagle tech thing that I'd like to go to, we might even be able to get them to loan us a bay or tools and do one or more there. I'll talk to the other Directors about that.
I've basically got the 13th (maybe), 14th, then 20th and 21st. Chris was planning for us to do his the 20th (tentatively).
Are you outfitted with tools or a shop, or would you like to do it at my place?

I have a one car garage (apartment) and a decent set of tools, but I think that doing multiple cars at the same time would be a good idea. If we do that, we should probably do it at your house. I am pretty good at doing this type of work, but your comment about how challenging the intake spacer was, makes me a little unsure about doing it without guidance. If David and the other guy want to do it on the same day, maybe we could just pay you for the use of your garage and guidance.

No need to pay me for the garage, but... I'll take donations as long as their made!
I've PM'd Clovis about seeing if John Eagle will donate a bay or some help, otherwise... we can plan to do as many as once. To keep this in the Aggie spirit, we can make this the Aggie get-together!
The job isn't that hard, especially now that I've done it. I'm not sure how to identify my talent level-about 10 years ago I didn't even change my own oil. It was a tough job the first time, but I think now that the "gotchas" have been identified... it's not beyond your average shadetree mechanic with a 6-pack of Shiner.
