A friend of my sister's took a pic of this snowman in front of the capitol building. Take a good look at the "carrot". This pic actually made it on MSNBC I think.

I ended up with almost 11"

And the driveway is impassible. I need a snow plow. Oh why did I sell the tractor?

My wife made me make a snow angel and a snow devil I feel so inadequate after seeing the snow cat.

My brother just informed me that the roof over his house boat's slip caved in last night from the snow. His boat is actually holding up the roof, but several boats in neighboring slips were sunk. Thankfully, the roof over our ski boat hasn't caved yet. If it does, we're pretty sure it will sink too.

My dad also called to tell me that he got 13" at his house in Cedar Hill, and some of his trees fell. His gazebo and fountain / bird bath are gonners.

Down in the south part of Dallas in RED OAK, TX we had 15". My baby is locked up in the garage with no white cold dust. Yes, same crap here. I had to shovel my drive way to get my wife's van out of the ally. I was able to melt the ice in the drive way with salt and get the Shamu(Odyssey) into the garage.

I was not as lucky as PsykotiK with no work. My boss is an ASS.... I had to go and ****** shovel the front walk way to my house and around my car to get it out. My wheels were cover half-way up and the front bumper/front end was cover all the way up to the license plate. Made it to work at noon after all the freaking work. Four more hrs to go home again.
