btw, I just ordered victoracers for my ASA's. 225/45 and 255/40.
I most likely will be on 225/45/16 and 245/45/16 this weekend.
I was able to out a beat down on discount tire in Bedford and made them give me tirerack price + mount, balance and disposal only, they shaved the price of the tire down to the point that tax was built in. Anyway $660 out the door for all 4 tires, 225/45/17 and 255/45/17 victoracer's.

I did morning runs through the slalom and afternoon runs through the sweeper. My afternoon runs were about 1-2 seconds faster.
I definitely think the sweeper was easier, which made it faster for me. A good driver may have been just as fast through the slalom, though... I can't say. I do think the sweeper offered the advantage of higher exit speed, and a better setup for the next 2 gates.
