Default 7/12 BMW Auto-x?

Anyone going to be at this Saturday's BMW auto-x in Mineral Wells? Sadly, I won't be able to make it to the NTS2K auto-x the following weekend, so I thought I'd get my July fix in at the BMW event.

I should be there. I won't be able to make the S2K autocross either, since I'm on pager that week.

Better hurry up and get some fresh rubber scrubbed in. The Greg(g)s are running away with the R-class...

I need tires too. I'm sure my tires will be corded after just a couple runs.

I'll be sitting this one out, as I'm waiting on a new set of race rubber (and race wheels, for that matter). But I'll see you guys out at Miserable Wells on the 19th!

Your sig says that you are going back to stock, so what's the skinny on the race wheels?

Not going back to stock... going back to C Stock. Slowly but surely. The Teins have been sold, the Koseis have been sold, the RP-F1s are now my street wheels, I've reinstalled the stock Sport package/Bilstein suspension, and a new set of Ecsta V700s and C Stock legal wheels are on their way. Still need to pull the flywheel and and reinstall the stock rear swaybar, but that'll have to wait for a little while. Have decided to stop focusing on improving the car, and go back to focusing on improving the driver... along with the balance in said driver's bank account.
