I do not like the new ones at all. Or the new headlights, the new radio door, interior trim, lower RPM, different trany gearing, etc... They should've left well enough alone IMO.
The interior is so fugly with all the PLASTIC bling-bling they tried to add. It looks like crap. But I am the type that prefers a sleeper to a flashy "look at me" car any day.
Taillights, I just don't like the separate lens for each light. The 2 in 1 (blinker/reverse light) design of the older models looks much cleaner IMO.
Headlights, Again, too much, it looks cluttered.
The new seats are about the only thing I like in the newer models. Especially the 2-tone red/black. They would look so nice in my 02 BB.
My $0.02.

The 2004-2005 S2000 was really made for a larger target market than the hardcore enthusiast. At the price the S2000 sells for, and the cars competition, it needed a little more bling and more livable updates. (consider how much you get for the more powerful, less expensive, more practical $27000 350Z) The new updates is one of the reasons honda is still able to build & sell an S2000. Styling wise I think the updates further seperate the car from it's other honda siblings.
