that's crazy. Know what though? They will accuse you of racing regardless if you are at the track or not. So you are screwed if you do, screwed if you don't.

thats pretty....weird. the dealership should have better things to do than to follow around CUSTOMERS and deny warrenty issues.

IMO, i think it's pretty lame to sell a race kah' and not warrenty it b/c we raced it AT THE TRACK. it's intended use..

I guess they are just looking for abuse...who knows. You would think they would have better things to do. But on the other hand, maybe a worker from the dealership was at the track the same day, saw what happened, and when the car came into service he felt the need to inform the dealership. We don't know the whole story, but if dealerships ARE sending "agents" out to make sure buyers of their "sports" cars are being raced, that's kinda boo boo.

This apperantly has happened before in houston with Corvette's. You should always tape up your plates because there always people around with camera's. As for Honda, I don't think its happened yet. There was an instance where someone was denied claim because of something he said on this board (can't remember the thread). The honda rep just printed out the thread and showed it to him. So watch what you say.
