tru true...I plan to stay at this place for no longer than 5 years, and after the 5 years.. instead of losing 8-900$ a month on rent.. I can earn equity and resell it for a higher price (hopefully). I see this as an investment/home rather than home/investment. This place wasn't much more than my loft in downtown and overall cheaper for me to live in. (surprisingly)

On the last pic with the two dogs, do you know what breed the one on the right (viewing the screen) is? My dog looks exactly like that and we always wondered what it was.

Congratulation on the new place man. It looks great. I just bought a house myself too. It is being built as we speak right now. They poured the slab couple days ago. And it's scheduled to be completed early Decemeber.

damn i wish i could afford a place! it would be so awesome to live in a HOUSE already... but then again i'd be all alone *sigh* plus im scared of the dark hahaha!
