tru true...I plan to stay at this place for no longer than 5 years, and after the 5 years.. instead of losing 8-900$ a month on rent.. I can earn equity and resell it for a higher price (hopefully). I see this as an investment/home rather than home/investment. This place wasn't much more than my loft in downtown and overall cheaper for me to live in. (surprisingly)

thanks everyone..hopefully in a few years I'll be able to afford a real home... or at least find a girl to pay for it ..haha
If you find a girl to pay for it, or even if she doesn't pay for it, then you'll have to move anyways, because she will want a house that is "our home" and not "your house"

congratulations on the house

I want a new one, bigger house, a lot bigger garage, a lot smaller yard

Congrats

On the last pic with the two dogs, do you know what breed the one on the right (viewing the screen) is? My dog looks exactly like that and we always wondered what it was.

Congratulation on the new place man. It looks great. I just bought a house myself too. It is being built as we speak right now. They poured the slab couple days ago. And it's scheduled to be completed early Decemeber.
