For the track on May 3rd
My tires are getting bald (worse in the front than the rear).
I was wondering since we are going to TWS on May 3rd, should I wait till after the event to buy tires or would it be better to run new fresh tires at the track. What would be better for performance on the track. Please advise.
Thanks

For one thing, you will not pass tech inspection, which I would think you will have on bald tires. Also if it should rain that weekend, then you would have no traction. New tires would be a lot better, but don't be surprised if you need another set right after that weekend.

Hey, Coop. . . if you learned how to drive you wouldn't go through tires that quickly. Or is it Cammie's fault?
I autocross and track my car all the time and I get 12,000 - 14,000 miles out of OEM S02s.
Juan, you won't need new tires right after the weekend!
