Default Top trouble - please look!

My friend was cruising the other night and wanted to put his top down and had a car not far behind him as he was coming to a stop sign. He un-clipped his top as he was coming to a stop at the sign, he was only going a max 30 mph and suddenly some wind caught the top and slightly peeled it back. None of the bars/struts/seals looked damaged or bent but the top will only clip into one side and it's hard to get down. The passenger side clip wont even clip in, its about 1/4 of an inch out of place. The top when clipped in the driver side will flap open on the passenger side while driving making it VERY noisy and scary while going over 40. Hopefully we can get him fixed up before it rains and he has to drive in it.

Has this happened to anyone else? Easy fix? Difficult?
I can take pics tonight but after evaluating his car NOTHING looks out of the ordinary.
Any advice would be more than appreciated.

Thanks,
Sean O'Shea

You could buy my top frame. It is in the forsale section. $200 for the frame. It has a top in it but it is slashed, but you could use his old top on my frame!
