Texas A&M autoX Aug 25-26
Me and two other friends of mine run the Texas A&M autocrosses, and we have our last practice session (meaning unlimited runs for two days) this upcoming August 25-26th. We generally make two courses for the practice events. One is a timed course, the other is an extra un-timed course that is generally easier and more for beginners. Details to follow.
Our third and final open TAMSCC Summer practice for 2007 will be held Saturday August, 25th and Sunday, August 26th! Tired of losing at big events? Want to improve those driving skills? Itching to fine tune that new suspension setup? Go find yourself a set of practice tires and be prepared to finish them off in one weekend. We'll have unlimited runs for everyone from ~9:30am to ~4:30pm, each day.
When: Saturday, August 25th, and Sunday, August 26th
Gate opens: 9:00am
First car out: 9:30am
Gate closes: 2:30pm (Show up to register, pay, and have your car inspected anytime until 2:30pm)
Event tear-down: ~4:30pm (Volunteers needed!)
Cost: $15/day for members and $20/day for non-members (each day).
$20/weekend for members, $30/weekend for non-members.
TAMSCC T-Shirts: We will be selling TAMSCC T-Shirts at this event for $15!
Please make sure that you bring your completed insurance form. Also, bring your dues if you are interested in joining the club. The cost is $15 for the semester, $25 for the year and $100 for a lifetime membership. Remember, if you sign up as a member on the day of the event, you will be able to pay member rates for the autocross practice session as well. A club membership pays for itself over time!
There is no online registration for practice events. Just show up with your money, get teched and drive!

I'll be there as well! I can technically get there whenever I want, right?
Lazy_boy_andy - which car were you in at the last one? Nevertheless you should definitely come out again! I designed the last two courses and we have another guy designing the next two, so it should be a whole different feel.
