Oh I wish that was true with buisnesses today. Most places I deal with just don't care about retaining customers anymore.... once they have you, they just milk you for all they can....

Ok well it been about 2 weeks with the new phones and do they work perfect: no, a lot better than the old ones: yes.
So now we will just wait and see if this continues, if it does then I we will stay with Sprint, if not the over to a new company.

But once again I must say Thank You to John for getting this done, it is a lot better.

that is true to some degree, but the problems we had where not at an acceptable amount.

anyway we can close this thread and re open another one if issues occur? kinda stinks to see that title everytime i come to the boards, seeing that the issues have been met. just a thought
