Hey guys
I emailed one of the guys from DLBRacing about the classifications and here is his response:
Matt,
Feel free to change your email account to whichever you prefer. You can do this from the My Accounts page.
ASP is pretty tough. If you are going to be running on street tires I would recommend STU. That class allows any car you want to bring on street tires. Otherwise, if you are going to run race tires I am not sure you have much choice but to run ASP.
You can also always run X. That class is open to everyone.
I hope that helps,
Donovan

Do you all think we should switch classes? STU goes in the afternoon but X goes in both morning and afternoon. STU has 9 drivers and X has 29.
I don't see how he means by ASP being tough. Would it be the competition or the way the course is setup?
Jack, care to chime in here with some answers?

he means it's tough due to the fact that most ppl in ASP are hardcore racers with racetires only.
the course stays the same.
either way, i'll stay since it's mainly us anyway. but if you guys change, to STU then i'll change with ya'll

i'm pretty sure none of us are gonna win trophies are anything so I agree with Matt that we stay in the same class together for fun.
I always went autox'ing in my Integra so I know the ropes some what. I hate working the course... but sometimes you get out doing it.

I also hate working the course but you gotta do it sometimes. One of us has to go home with the trophie, unless that vette goes home with it. I am sure a few more cars will enter our division once we get there. THose last minute peeps. Anyways, trophie or not, it will be a blast.
Matt - did you get your M Coupe New? I love the M Coupe.
