Well those pics you showed of the safety 21/ cusco rolled cars . The cage will do its job your skull might not like comming in contact with it though.
A harness bar not at the proper height and not in a proper seat will kill you faster than anything. From all those pics it looked like stock seat belts where used. That is the reason those people walked away.

, here's my answer to your original question...These 2 places have 4-pt, 5-pt, and 6-pt rollbar/rollcages in stock.
1) King Motorsports (Mugen)
2) Opak Racing (Spoon)
GoTuning, AJ-R, and Bulletproof Automotive might have something in stock, maybe not.
Hard Dog makes rollbars and most definitely in stock. But for show purposes, I suppose judges would be more impressed if the bars/cages are JDM (Mugen, Spoon, Cusco, Safety21, Carbing) instead of USDM...although at the end of the day, they're just monkey bars.
Dunno why you're so impatient, just scout out the For Sale threads. I bought my Mugen 6-pt cage from King Motorsports and my Mugen 4-pt rollbar used from a local Houstook
And I didn't even mention anything about rectal exams or buttplugs
