Default problem with my top

is this normal? when my top is closed all the way down and latched there is a big gap between the winshield frame and the vinyl top.

any tips how to fix/ adjust the top?

Since you have an oil change sicker in the window, you have had the car for some time. Has it always been like this, or is this new?
I know that the latches can be adjusted, and so can the top.
